Bulldogs Put The New RT To The Test
The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Head Coach and star players were some of the first people to put the new Kumho Road Venture RT tyres to the test and believe the similarities between how they need to perform on the field is comparative to how the new RT performs on all surfaces.
Head Coach Cameron Ciraldo took to the wheel and hit the beach, and spoke about how rugged they need to be in the way they approach their play, how they deal with pressure situations and how they rely on their equipment to perform, just as we all need to rely on our tyres to perform when out and about.

Global tyre maker, Kumho Tyre has announced the construction of a new European tyre manufacturing plant as part of the company’s strategy to expand its global production footprint and accelerate growth across the European market. The new European facility will be built at Opole in Poland and is scheduled to begin initial operations by August 2028, pending investment and regulatory approval. The first phase will support an annual production capacity of six million tires, with expansions planned according to market demand at a total investment of $AUD884 million (US$587 million). Kumho evaluated several European countries, including Poland, as potential locations for the new plant, assessing factors such as site suitability, sales growth potential, investment stability, profitability, and available incentives.
Kumho Tyre Australia has announced it will be recommitting to Hockey Australia as an official national partner, signing a new one-year deal running through the end of 2026. The agreement extends and strengthens the existing partnership after the previous renewal in 2023.
